Abstract File Naming Guidelines

A file with an abstract should be named in such a way that it reflects the sub-theme it relates to and the names of the first author as elaborated in the examples below:
Firstname. Surname_Sub-theme in abbreviation
E.g., 1: Magori.Nyangi_WSM
E.g., 2: Magori.Nyangi_WRM
E.g., 3: Magori.Nyangi_WQM
Whereas: WSM; Water supply and Sanitation Management, WRM; Water
resources management: WQM: Water quality management
